Description
Check if the gangzone is flashing for player.
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| playerid | The ID of the player to be checked. |
| zoneid | The ID of the gangzone. |
Returns
true - The gangzone is flashing for player.
false - The gangzone is not flashing for player.
