Description
Check if the player gangzone valid.
| Name | Description | 
|---|---|
| playerid | The ID of the player to whom player gangzone is bound. | 
| zoneid | The ID of the player gangzone. | 
Returns
true - The player gangzone is valid.
false - The player gangzone is not valid.
